The 2025 high school baseball season is officially underway. Each week we will update our Power 25 HS Rankings with Risers, Fallers, and Newcomers to the rankings each week. We look forward to covering high school games this spring and hearing your feedback on who you think should be ranked where. Take a look at our Week 3 update.

Risers
#16 St. John Neumann
Neumann is off to a 4-0 start to the season as they have beaten 4 tough South Florida teams so far this season. 2-0 this week as they took down West Broward and Dwyer. Neumann pitchers have only allowed 5 total runs in their 4 games played.
#19 Columbus
A 3-0 Week 2 record jumps Columbus up to 4-1 on the season. Senior Jose Correa is leading the team early with 9 hits in 14 At Bats so far this season. Columbus knocked off Killian, Palmetto, and Coral Gables in Week 2.
Fallers
#11 North Broward Prep
North Broward Prep drops from 7 to 11 this week after losing both games in Week 2. Both losses came against Top 25 opponents in #4 Stoneman Douglas and #22 Cardinal Newman.
#20 Pensacola Catholic
Pensacola Catholic went 1-1 in Week 2 but their loss came in a 13-1 blowout against #3 South Walton. With 2 losses early in the season and a tough Week 3 schedule ahead, the Crusaders will look to get on track before it's too late.
Newcomers
#12 Lincoln
Lincoln debuts in the Power25 at #12. With 2 Top 25 wins so far this season, the Trojans have looked sharp and ready for top competition. Early wins against #21 Arnold and #24 St. Johns Country have Lincoln cracking the Top 15.
#22 Cardinal Newman
Cardinal Newman is off to a strong start to the season a 5-0-1. They have knocked off some major South Florida schools early on and their biggest win came last week in extra innings against #11 North Broward Prep
