2025 FL Power 25 Update: Week 4

The 2025 high school baseball season is now in full swing, and we are pleased to present our weekly Power 25 rankings, showcasing Florida’s premier 25 teams. Each week, we will provide comprehensive updates, highlighting Risers who have elevated their standing, Fallers who have seen a decline, and Newcomers making their debut in the rankings. As we cover high school baseball games throughout the spring, we invite your insights and feedback regarding the placement of these teams. Please review our Week 4 update below.

Risers
#5 Jesuit
Jesuit has bounced back nicely after an opening-week loss to move to 7-1 on the season. This past week, the Tigers took down #8 Venice and a pair of South Florida teams in Killian and Belen Jesuit. The Tigers have a tough task ahead as they take on #13 St. John Neumann.
#9 Spruce Creek
Spruce Creek is off to a dominant start to the season. 7-0 and they have only allowed 5 total runs this season. The Hawks went 3-0 in Week 3 beating Bartram Trail, Oviedo, and Monsignor Pace.
Fallers
NR Pensacola Catholic
After starting the season #8 in our Preseason Power 25 rankings, Pensacola Catholic have fallen out after a 1-4 start to their season. The Crusaders lost both their games in Week 3 losing to Gulf Breeze for the 2nd time this season and Pace. Pensacola Catholic has a -17 run differential to start the season.
NR Lincoln
It has been a crazy few weeks for Lincoln. They started the season 5-0 with big wins over Clay, Arnold, and St. Johns Country Day and made their way into the Power 25. In Week 3, everything took a turn as they went 0-3 with losses to Wakulla, Creekside, and Lowndes and will now fall back out of the Power 25.
Newcomers
#18 Windermere
Windermere makes its first appearance in the 2025 Power 25. Last week they were part of the First 5 Out and debuts at 18 this week. 8-1 to start the year with signature wins over Bishop Moore, Lake Brantley, Lake Nona, and Winter Park.
#23 Vero Beach
Undefeated Vero Beach debuts in the Power 25 at #23. 7-0 on the season with only 7 runs allowed in those games. They have signature wins over Merritt Island and Melbourne.
#25 Providence
Providence has handled a tough schedule well so far starting 6-2. They have signature wins over Clay, Bishop Snyder, and John Carroll. The Stallions will have a big test as they take on #16 Bolles this week.
