Sarasota, FL - We had Tuesday afternoon baseball in beautiful Sarasota, Florida with a matchup between the host Out-of-Door Academy taking on Canterbury who was coming up from Fort Myers. On the mound, ODA started 2022 LHP Josh Cone (Stetson). Cone has a clean, loose arm with a lot to like from the left side. Sat 85-87 and touched 88 once. Flashed an above average breaking ball but struggled with his command at times. Cone would go 3.1 innings allowing 3 earned runs on 4 hits with 3 strikeouts.

On the other side, 2023 Jaden Ascolese got the start but it was 2023 LHP Austin Schrowe (USF) who threw the majority of the game. He would go the final 4.1 innings, allowing 1 earned run with 7 strikeouts. Schrowe showed a quick arm from the left side sitting 85-87 and a 74-78 mph slider.
