Reuben Barron Jr. RHP / South Sumter, FL / 2023

6-foot-3, 240 pounds. Barron comes from a high 3/4 arm slot reaching a consistent balance point. Misses arm side some, but athletic arm with consistent velo on the heavy FB.

FB: 88-90
CB: 73-74

Conrad Burch C / 1B / John Carroll Catholic, FL / 2024

Burch is a physical 2024 that can really swing the bat. Swung it well yesterday with two hits and four RBI including a double. Could’ve had a third hit as he smoked a line drive to left but a nice play from the left fielder took it away.

Jack Clark 2B / 3B / Jesuit, FL / 2024

Clark is a speedy utility guy for the Roos. Plays the infield and outfield well with quick, athletic actions. Swung it well offensively and showed off the speed legging out a triple. Collected two more hits on the day with a RBI.

Jacob Crews RHP / 1B / TNXL Academy, FL / 2022

6-foot-5, 235 pounds. Crews was locked in during his 1st inning of work, picking up 3 K’s. Showed the ability to command glove side with both FB and CB, attacked the zone early. Finished with four shutout innings and six strikeouts.

FB: 86-89
CB: 71-75
CH: 75-77

Carter Derks RHP / St. Andrews, FL / 2025

Derks is a 2025 arm to follow. 6-foot-1, 185 pound frame. Came in relief for CBU and was up to 82 mph with the fastball. Threw three shutout innings with four strikeouts.

Justin Glassford RHP / 3B / Newsome , FL / 2025

Glassford went six strong for the Ostingers in a 4-2 winning effort. Fastball sat 74-77 with more velo to come as he fills out his 6-foot-1, 160 pound frame. Went six innings allowing two runs with six strikeouts.

Tyler Hacker 1B / OF / Lake Mary, FL / 2024

Hacker had a huge day for the Scorps on Thursday. 3 for 3 with two doubles, four RBI, and two runs scored. Tall, athletic frame at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds.

Cooper Melvin 1B / RHP / Lowndes, GA / 2023

Melvin swung it well Thursday for Gatorball as he launched a three-run homer in an 8-5 win for Gatorball. Strong 6-foot-1, 200 pound frame shows the power potential and the ability to launch on contact.

Nick Monile OF / OF / Calvary Christian, FL / 2022

Monile is a consistent hitter from the left side. Simple, line drive swing. Stays on time and on the barrel. Three hits on day one from the leadoff spot. Commands center field well with range to both gaps. High follow uncommitted player.

Kolt Myers 2B / RHP / Bartram Trail, FL / 2024

6-foot, 180 pounds. Mature, repeatable mechanics. FB had late riding action, command was a bit spotty but the arm works for sure. CB flashed 11/5 shape.

FB: 84-86
CB: 68-70

Ethan Petry 3B / RHP / Cypress Creek, FL / 2022

South Carolina commit continues to swing a hot bat this summer. Jumped on a fastball and did not miss it, clearing the left field fence for a homer. Stays quiet through the zone with electric hands and above average bat speed. High Follow 2022 draft bat.

Ethan Phillips RHP / OF / Calvary Christian , FL / 2022

Phillips turned in a solid outing on Day 1, only allowing 1 hit through 4 IP. FB got up to 89 mph, showing command on the CH today. Mowed down hitters with 9 K’s.

FB: 85-88 T89
CB: 68-71
SL: 73-77
CH: 76-79

Cesar Reynoso RHP / TNXL Academy, FL / 2022

Uncommitted 2022 showed electric stuff at times but was wild with his command. 6-foot-1, 195 pound frame. Arm is quick but tends to be too quick at times missing high with his fastball. Fastball was up to 92 mph and there is a lot of upside to like in his profile.

Tyson Robinson RHP / 3B / Suwannee, FL / 2022

Uncommitted 2022 arm showed well in relief for Gatorball. 6-foot, 195 pound frame. Worked 4 innings in relief allowing one run with seven strikeouts. Fastball sat 85-87 mph, breaking ball 67-72, changeup 71-74.

Blaine Rowland RHP / OF / Durant, FL / 2024

6-foot-1, 195 pounds. Consistent velo on Day 1 with the FB for Rowland showing some arm side running action getting up to 88 mph. Sharp action on the breaking ball. High follow arm. 5 K’s over 2.2 IP.

FB: 86-88
CB: 74-76

Nathan Seeber OF / RHP / First Academy, FL / 2023

Seeber was dominant through the 1st 2 with 2 K’s and no hard contact. Showed a consistent delivery staying over top of the rubber well and gets downhill. Has good life on the FB and has flashed an above average breaking ball at times. Finished with three shutout innings.

FB: 82-85
CB: 72-74
SL: 75-77

Divine Valle RHP / 3B / Fleming Island, FL / 2022

6-foot, 185 pounds. Jacksonville University commit. Coming from a true side arm slot, Valle was able to work a FB/CH combo getting swing and misses. Competed in zone and let his defense work.

FB: 84-86
CB: 70-71
CH: 75-77

Walker Vanecek 3B / TNXL Tampa, FL / 2023

Uncommitted 2023. 6-foot, 215 pound strong frame. Got into one as he launched a two-run homer in the first for CBU. Continues to show the power potential at a high level.
