Scout Notes

Dylan Bond 1B / OF / Clearwater, FL / 2022

6-4, 195 lb large, mature frame. Balanced and controlled swing. Keeps the hands above the ball with a compact, level bat path.

Wesley Calloway 1B / 3B / Whitefield Academy, GA / 2024

Calloway has hit the ball hard each at bat Sunday. Obvious strength in a 5-foot-11, 240 lb frame. Raw but shows rhythm and plenty of bat speed.

Carson Cooley RHP / SS / Bishop McLaughlin , FL / 2025

6-0, 185 lb solid, thick frame. Very advanced for age. Plenty of upside physically and gets the weight behind the barrel. Some barrel control as he shows the ability to stay inside and drive balls the other way.

Isaiah Eberheart SS / RHP / Father Lopez, FL / 2022

6-foot-2, 170 lbs. Eberheart looks the part at SS, 6-foot-2 lanky frame w/ room for continued physical development. Showing some bat speed getting long limbs extended as he was able to launch to deep LCF gap for a 2B.

Michael Greenberg 2B / 3B / Fivay, FL / 2024

Green shows a consistent approach at the dish, keeps barrel through the zone very well with a short/compact swing. Goes 3-3 in the 1st game with 6 RBI’s.

Colin Heath / N/A, FL / 2024

Athletic, lean, strong frame. Short, simple load and level swing. On time and on the barrel with a compact swing.

Jace Hesketh C / OF / West Clermont , OH / 2023

6-foot-2, 185 pound athletic frame. Middle of the order bat doe a nice job getting the barrel extended to make consistent hard contact. Shows the ability to be on time and use the entire field.

David Hickey C / 3B / Father Lopez, FL / 2023

6-foot 205 pounds. Switch hitting catcher. Hickey is able to use his strength from both sides to generate gap to gap power. Hands are loose in the box as the ball jumps off the bat.

Levi Howell RHP / OF / Mckeel Academy, FL / 2025

6-3, 175 lb advanced frame. Long and lanky with room to continue growing. Howell can get the hands through efficiently and shows good bat to ball skills already. Lot to like here.

Gavin Lash SS / RHP / Wapahani, IN / 2023

Three hole hitter for Canes Ohio. Shows power potential to all fields with the ability to launch on contact. Like the overall offensive profile on Lash.

Joeshua Lopez-Torres OF / OF / St. Lucie West Centennial , FL / 2023

Lopez displayed above average speed and tracking ability in the OF today. Looked smooth getting to, and around balls all day. At the plate, worked with rhythm and used hips well to great bat speed throughout the swing.

Dannyel Polanco C / 3B / Riverdale, FL / 2023

Polanco is a strong framed catcher. Moves well laterally behind the plate and does a nice job smothering the dirt ball. Offensively shows loose hands with potential for power to the pull side.

Erick Robles SS / RHP / Seminole, FL / 2026

Really impressed by the overall athleticism from Robles. Shows a consistent approach with a good eye at the dish, and has the ability to drive the ball to all fields.

Brent Sims 2B / RHP / Stockbridge, GA / 2023

Sims has looked smooth in the infield today and uses a loose simple swing with a line drive approach. Twitchy athlete with range. Confident all the way around.

Steven Seely-Marzano C / 3B / River Ridge, FL / 2024

Athletic, smooth load. Gets the hands back and drops the barrel. Ball jumps off the bat as he shows gap to gap power potential.

Jayden Tavera SS / 3B / Saint Lucie West Centennial, FL / 2023

Stocky, athletic frame. Works the middle of the field with loose hands as he’s able to drive both gaps.
