Cason Eubanks SS / 2B / Northside Methodist , AL / 2022

Eubanks was the lone non-Florida native at the Junior State Games as he represented the North Region from Alabama. An athletic middle infielder who ran a 6.87. Twitchy actions defensively with simple barrel actions and above average bat speed.

Josiah Glodfelter RHP / 3B / Tate, FL / 2022

Glodfelter showed well on the mound in his start against the South. He pitched 6 ⅔ innings allowing just 1 run with 4 strikeouts. Fastball sat 82-86 mph with a 71-74 mph breaking ball that got plenty of swings and misses.

Tyson Greene SS / RHP / Suwanee, FL / 2022

There’s a lot to like about Greene as an overall athlete. Moves well defensively in both the infield and outfield. Showed above average arm strength up to 92 from the outfield and 91 from the infield. Offensively showed upside with a lot of overall tools.

Jalen Hairston SS / 3B / Winter Haven, FL / 2022

Hairston was a standout on the East team that went 2-1. He was an impact hitter in their lineup and constantly found himself on base. Athletic middle infielder with a whippy left handed bat.

Marek Houston SS / RHP / Venice, FL / 2022

Houston continues to show well time and time again and has established himself as one of the top shortstops in the 2022 class. Long athletic frame with range to both sides at short. An above average glove defensively. Offensively, continues to make strides and will be a great addition to a college program.

Griffin Hugus SS / RHP / Wellington, FL / 2022

Hugus is an interesting 2022 to follow as he is a true two-way prospect as well as a switch hitter. Plays both the infield and outfield well with an above average arm. Offensively, swings it well from both sides and has shown some power potential. On the mound, Hugus is up to 87 with the fastball and has an above average breaking ball with spin rates up to 2799 rpm’s.

Eli Kapkowski C / 3B / Calvary Christian, FL / 2022

Kapkowski was a big winner behind the plate for the West team. He showed quickness and arm strength behind the plate with pop times of 1.87-1.93 which translated to the game where he threw two runners out. Offensively, he creates leverage in the swing and showed power potential to the pull side.

Simon Kohn 1B / OF / TNXL Academy, FL / 2022

Kohn is a strong 6-foot-1, 200 pound 1B/OF. Moves well for his size and could have a future in the corner outfield. Physical left handed hitter with a quick whippy bat path. Power to the pull side with potential for gap-to-gap power.

Eli Maddox C / 1B / Paxon, FL / 2022

Maddox stood out with his strong frame and hit the ball well all weekend. At 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, Maddox is quick behind the plate with pop times of 1.89-1.94. Offensively, has a gap to gap approach and found the barrel consistently in game.

Phillips continues to make tremendous strides on the mound each time we see him. Fastball now up to 89 and will continue to make jumps as he adds strength. Phillips has starter stuff as he has an above average three-pitch arsenal. Really like Phillips’s upside as a pitcher.

Christopher Roberts SS / 2B / Steinbrenner, FL / 2022

Roberts continues to show well offensively throughout 2020. Physical athletic frame and continues to add strength. Plus bat speed and balls jump off the bat with high exit velos. Power to the pull side. Was consistently on the barrel in game as well.
