Most Viewed Profiles of 2022: No. 7 Tommy White

With 2022 coming to a close, we continue our yearly tradition of highlighting the Top 10 most viewed PBR Profiles in the state of Florida. Each year, millions of PBR Profiles are viewed around the country by coaches, scouts, players, parents, and baseball fans. Over 321,000 profiles were viewed in just Florida alone in 2022. We will start today by counting down the Top 10 most viewed profiles in the state. This data was collected through Google Analytics.

Continuing at No. 7 with 2021 3B Tommy White. Tommy spent his freshman season at NC State where he was a Freshman All-American, and is now at LSU for his sophomore season. As a freshman, White batted .362 with 85 hits, 27 homeruns, and 75 RBI. He set the NCAA Freshman Homerun record, and was named the 2022 ACC Freshman of the Year. He now heads to powerhouse LSU in the SEC for his sophomore season. In high school, Tommy attended Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater, FL before moving over to IMG Academy for his senior year. During his standout season at NC State, Tommy received 2,135 views on his PBR Profile in 2022.

Positional Profile: 3B/1B, NC State, One of the top right-handed hitters in the state. Has above average bat speed with a feel for the barrel and plus power potential.
Body: 6-foot-2, 220-pounds. Has a strong armed, stocky with physical projection frame. 
Defense: Fields off center of body, two hand gather, plays through the baseball, average footwork. 
Arm: RH. INF - 81 mph. Displayed a short, quick, 3/4 arm slot. 
Hit: RHH. Balanced athletic set up, slightly open, smooth backward weight shift during load, leg kick (front foot pointing down, toe touching), strong physical bat tilt load to get hands going, all around smooth setup. Displays a short quick powered bat path, stays inside baseball, swings with intent, fluid rhythm. 
Power: 97 mph exit velocity from the tee. Shows power potential, is up the middle gap to gap hitter with above average bat speed. 
Run: 7.05 runner in the 60. Runs with high, physical choppy steps.

2021 NC State commit, big, physical 6-foot-1, 2020 pound frame. Quiet load with a short stride. Above average bat speed. Moves athletically for his size. Above average arm.

Big, physical infielder with a ton of power. Keeps hands inside the ball well and has raw gap to gap power. Strong lower half which he uses to drive the baseball. Led his team to a championship with multiple hits on the day including a game winning home run.

NC State commit, 2021 6’1 220lbs shows athleticism at third base and at the plate showcased bat speed and lower half power recording three RBI’s with a double and three-run homer.

NC State recruit, the physical right-handed hitter stayed on the barrel all day. A three RBI double and a line out, he is extremely offensive and has bat to ball skills as well as above average power.
