Entire Event Roster

Today we highlight our catchers; let's take a look:

Catchers

Owen Birkman C / RHP / Williamsville South, NY / 2020

Back to back appearances for Birkman; solid efforts last week at the WNY ASG with improved arm strength and pop time behind the dish. Took to the mound and peaked at 81 MPH, also a personal best. Looking forward to having him back with us once again.

Logan Murphy C / OF / Auburn, NY / 2020

Last attended an event in August of 2017 where he showed a balanced approach at the dish. Featured an accurate arm with suitable release; as his arm improves look for an impressive decrease in pop times.

Gregory Carullo C / 3B / Commack, NY / 2020

Solid 5-foot-10 190 build for the right-handed hitting catcher. Late explosivenessthrough the zone with some juice to his pull side; elevated, quick exchange with short arm action pop times in a respectable 2.09-2.14 range back in June at the NYS Games.

Owen Lansing C / Solvay , NY / 2019

First time attendee who checks in at 6-foot-0 2015 pounds. The right-handed hitter also plays for the Syracuse Sportszone.

Owen Stewart RHP / C / Elmira Notre Dame, NY / 2022

Slight, yet athletic frame at 5-foot-7 115 pounds. Momentum based timing with an up-lift of the hands into his stride; stays on plane with line drive results. Scrapper behind the dish who will only get better with experience and physical maturity. Will also see time on the mound where he was up to 72 MPH over the summer.

Joshua Gorham C / OF / Baldwinsville, NY / 2021

Wiry build at 6-foot-0 150 pounds. Right-handed hitter has shown line drive potential. Looking for a more efficient transfer and release this time around; overall arm strength will continue to develop.

Nicholas Badillo C / 3B / Lakeland , NY / 2022

Strong, broad shouldered right-handed hitter at 6-foot-0 175 pounds. Showed plenty of bat speed and some above average pop for his age at the Future Games in Indiana back in August. Plenty of arm behind the plate; will need more experience in the game play scenarios. Prospect to keep an eye on.

Cole Cote

Cole Cote C /Notre Dame, ONT / 2019

Uncommitted prospect crossing the border from Ontario to join us. Athletic 6-foot-3 185 pound RHH that runs a 7.40 60. Quick exchange behind the plate with a respectable arm at 76 MPH (2.00-2.10 pop times). Slight leg kick with a bit of an inside-out approach at the plate. Excited to have him with us.
