On August 4-6th PBR Florida traveled to Westfield, Indiana at Grand Park for the 2016 Prep Baseball Report Future Games powered by Under Armour which featured seven players from the state of Florida. These players received some high level exposure as over 150 colleges and over 175 coaches/scouts were in attendance. Team Select, which the seven Florida players were on, went 3-0 in their showcase games.

All this week we will breakdown each of the seven players with video, game performance, and scouting reports. Here's 2018 RHP/SS Tyler Isenberg

2018 RHP/SS Tyler Isenberg (Trinity Christian Academy, FL) really stood out on the mound in his second inning of work where he had a quick arm showcasing a fastball that sat 86-88 mph in his first inning and then sitting 88-89 mph in his second inning touching 90 twice with some life while mixing in a hard slider with depth at 77-79 mph. He consistently pounded the zone and his slider was a good strikeout pitch.

In the field, Isenberg displayed the ability to field the ball cleanly and make accurate throws across the diamond. At the plate, he put together some quality at-bats. Standing 5-foot-10, 170 pounds, he has a strong lower half and some bat speed. A little length in his swing showed up in the games, but there is gap-to-gap power and with the performance on the mound he becomes a very interesting two-way guy.
