Updated Class of 2015 Rankings

After a busy spring and summer of evaluating prospects, PBR Pennsylvania has updated and expanded the Class of 2015 rankings. Look for updates to the Class of 2014 and Class of 2013 rankings in the coming days.

Nothing has changed at the top where Eli Nabholz, Pottsville, continues to hold down the top spot. The 6-foot-5, 200-pound RHP has had a solid summer and will likely see 90mph in the near future.

Kyle Datres, Loyalsock Township, remains at No. 2. Datres is a three-sport athlete with a ton of athleticism. The SS/RHP has touched 89mph from the mound this summer and could end up being a two-way guy at the next level.

New to the top 10 at No. 3 is Jimmy Webb, an outfielder who is also from Loyalsock Township. At 6-foot, 165-pounds Webb has projectable size for an outfielder. His 6.5 60-yard dash time and his ability to hit for power make him a coveted prospect in this class.

Also new to the top 10 at No. 4 is Zach Wielgus from William Penn Charter. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound LHP tops out at 84mph with more in the tank. Wielgus commands a 73mph curveball and a 73mph changeup that are both quality pitches.

Rounding out the top 10 are Pottsville SS Travis Blankenhorn at No. 5; Westchester East RHP Culver Hughes at No. 6; Loyalsock Township RHP Luke Glavin at No. 7; State College 3B Ryan Karstetter at No. 8; State College OF Caleb Walls at No. 9; and Punxsutawney C Ryan Sloniger at No. 10.
