Pool A
Sox Baseball
Thomas Collins, SS, Newnan (GA), 2020
Uncommitted. 5-foot-11, 165-pound left-handed hitting shortstop, athletically built with lean strength throughout frame. One of the top uncommitted players we have seen come through LakePoint this summer and fall, has been incredibly consistent hitting for average and power, also has shown the skill set required to stick on the left-side of the infield at the next level. Offensively, sets up balanced, hands load back, reverse toe-tap stride, good balance through contact. Barrel works with a slight incline through the zone, drives the ball to all fields.
Jack Seppings, RHP, Landmark Christian (GA), 2020
Uncommitted. 6-foot-1, 160-pounds, broad shoulders on top of a lean frame. Arm works short with a wrist cup low on the back-side, gets out front to a ¾ slot with some whippiness. Has some crossbody tendencies in delivery, strides towards the third base side of the rubber, finishes crossing over. Fastball sat 83-85, flashed sinking life when located low in the zone. Slider, inconsistent with command, gets behind the pitch well, came in at 77-80.
#Uncommitted ‘20 RHP Jack Seppings (Landmark Christian; Sox Baseball) is relying heavily on his FB at 83-85, sinking life when down in the zone. Gaining feel for SL, 77-80. @PBRGeorgia @PBR_Uncommitted #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/qDBA7bQKHB

Austen Millians, RHP, Whitewater (GA), 2021
6-foot-1 170-pounds. Has thrown well this fall, and continued to do so in some tough conditions this past weekend. He started the game with rainfall coming down. FB was sitting 79-81. He attacks hitters early in the account, and is not afraid to challenge hitters inside with his FB. Stuck with the FB most of the time due to the conditions. Competitor on the mound, and gets the job done.
2021 RHP Austen Millians (Sox Baseball; @WHSWildcatbsbal) is battling through some tough conditions. Managing to still fill up the zone with FB at 79-81. He attacks hitters early and forces contact. #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/xcW5SUcKKy

Burton Hahn, OF, McIntosh (GA), 2020
6-foot-2 190-pounds. Uncommitted physical frame that has handled the bat well all fall. Really strong lower half that has power in the swing. Gets the job done in the OF. Solid defender with speed to play at either corner spot in the OF. Smooth load with quick hands that can make consistent contact.
Uncommitted 2020 OF Burton Hahn (McIntosh HS) drops one in for a 2 strike 1B. Athletic framed RHH. Strong lower-half w/ quick hands. @PBR_Uncommitted #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/lPVQTZ29vn

Georgia Stars Baseball Academy 18u
William Martinez, SS, Grayson (GA), 2020
5-foot-10 175-pounds. Switch hitting uncommitted SS fired off the first long ball of the tournament in some tough conditions. Really athletic player, could play anywhere on the field. Makes the plays at SS, and has a strong enough arm to make the plays in the hole. The swing is short and simple. Plays for a strong high school program, so we look forward to following him this spring.
Pool B
West Cobb Raptors
Alava Drakeford, RHP/1B, Harrison (GA), 2020
Tusculum commit. 5-foot-11 175-pounds. A lot to like about Drakeford. Athletic frame that seems he can do everything well. Saw him go 6IP and swing it well at the plate in the semi-final game of the upper class division. On the mound he has an athletic delivery, and great body control. Looks comfortable from the wind-up and stretch, and uses the slide step a lot that shuts the run game down. FB was 83-84 with late life and good movement. He had a great SL at 70-72 that he used early in the count to get ahead. Pitched with competitiveness and emotion. At the plate he has a smooth swing with good timing and rhythm. Look forward to seeing Drakeford compete in a tough region at Harrison HS.
Uncommitted 2020 RHP Brian Drakeford (West Cobb Raptors; @Hoya_Baseball) is an athletic two-way player. Arm works well on the mound. FB 83-84 SL 70-72. Throwing both for strikes. Using the SL early in the count. @PBR_Uncommitted #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/ROM7RA0I2S

Payton Lemons, RHP/INF, Hokes Bluff (AL), 2021
6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed pitcher and infielder, lean frame. Arm works quick and continuous, some length on the back-side, comes out of a ¾ slot with easy effort. Drop and drive delivery, sound lower half, works on-line, lands square and finishes square to home. Fastball up to 85 early in outing, settled in at 81-83. Feel for slurve-like breaking ball, featured late, sharp break at-times, 69-72.
‘21 RHP/INF Payton Lemons (@BLUFF_BASEBALL; West Cobb Raptors) is an athletic 6-1, 175. Was feeling it today with his FB/CB combo. FB up to 85, mostly 81-83. CB had a slurve-like shape with late break to it, 69-72. @PBR_Alabama @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/38X2NqOjuI

643 Jaguars (McPhee)
Jake Streeter, INF, North Springs (GA), 2022
6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitting infielder, strong prospect with athletic tools, plenty more strength to come as he continues to physically fill out his frame. Offensively, keeps it simple, balanced setup, short hand load back coupled with a short stride, great balance throughout. Gap-to-gap type hitter, hands work with some quickness as the barrel travels level through the zone, showed the ability to consistently find the barrel and elevate the ball with force.
‘22 INF Jake Streeter (@NSHSSpartans_AD; @643DPAthletics Jaguars McPhee) is a raw athlete at 6-0, 170, strength in developing frame. Has been finding the barrel all day. Gives a high pitch a ride to the opposite field, but is tracked down by OF. @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/ykhmMfYhqD

Pool C
Nelson Baseball School 17u Black
Avery Campbell, RHP, Dominion Christian (GA), 2021
5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed pitcher, lean, athletic build, strength in lower half. On the mound, arm works long, showing wide on the back-side, above-average arm speed to get out front to a ¾ slot, did a nice job repeating. Drop and drive delivery, starts on the first base side of the rubber, lands nearer the third base side, square to home, finishes athletically. Facing unfavorable conditions with wind gusts and a constant rain, did a good job controlling his fastball and curveball. Fastball, running action to both sides of the plate, sat 80-83, touched 85. Curveball showed depth, when down in the zone had late bite to it, 70.
‘21 RHP Avery Campbell (@DCSbaseball; @NBSbaseball) is doing a nice job controlling the baseball in rainy conditions. Running FB sitting 80-83, T85. 11/5 CB at 70 w/depth and late bite down in zone. @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/7KtLaVUuqO
— Phil Kerber (@PhilKerberPBR) October 19, 2019
Ethan Bobo, RHP, Hillgrove (GA), 2021
6-foot, 165-pound right-handed pitcher, proportional, athletic build, room to add strength throughout frame. Arm works short with looseness out front, comes out a low ¾ slot, does a good job hiding the ball on back-side. Tall and fall delivery, rotational as he lands closed and spins open towards first base. Despite pitching in rainy and windy conditions, had good feel for fastball slider. Fastball sat 79-83 with running action. Dropped in slider on command, 70-74, downer action.
‘21 RHP Ethan Bobo (@hghawksbaseball; @NBSbaseball) is showing great feel for his SL despite the wet conditions, dropping it in at 70-74, downer action. FB, run action, 79-83. Athletic prospect at 6-0, 165. @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/SiedJAxOb8
— Phil Kerber (@PhilKerberPBR) October 19, 2019
Thomas Botts, RHP, Cass (GA), 2021
Stands an imposing 6-foot-4, 215-pounds, strength throughout frame, has the build to be able to continue to add more strength, definitely more in the tank as the weather conditions prohibited him from really letting it go consistently. Arm works short and methodical on the back-side, accelerates quickly to a high ¾ slot, quick hand speed. Controlled drop and drive delivery, works on-line, drags back leg down the mound before finishing on follow through, crosses over to finish. Fastball came out heavy at 84-86. Gets behind his slider extremely well, allowing for max velocity on pitch, ranged 80-81 with late downward action, swing and miss type pitch. An exciting prospect who should factor in as a big contributor for Cass High School this spring.
‘21 RHP Thomas Botts (@CassBaseball; @NBSbaseball) s an imposing 6-4, 215, looks as if he can add even more to frame. FB coming out heavy at 84-86. Gets behind his SL extremely well at 80-81 w/ late downer action @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/YzKCCA6IME
— Phil Kerber (@PhilKerberPBR) October 19, 2019
Evan Maddox, RHP, North Paulding (GA), 2021
6-foot-6, 195-pound towering right-handed pitcher, an obviously long frame plenty of room to fill out, projectable. On the mound he uses his height to his advantage, working downhill. Fastball sat 84-86 in brief one inning appearance. More in the tank as he adds more physicality to his frame.
ABC 18u - Fall 2
Zachary Lavigne, OF, Ahuntsic (QC), 2020
Uncommitted. 5-foot-7, 147-pound right-handed hitting outfielder, lean athlete. Hitting out of the leadoff spot for ABC 18u, took a high percentage of quality at-bats through the entirety of the tournament. Hits from a narrow, open setup, reverse toe-tap stride, hands load back, good balance through contact. Swing is short in the zone as hands lead barrel level through the zone, line drive type hitter, made consistent contact. Showed the ability to back spin the ball when he looks to elevate.
#Uncommitted ‘20 OF Zachary Lavigne (@ABCacademie; @PBR_Ontario) has been taking quality ABs all day out of the leadoff spot. Comes up with the huge 2-out game-tying RBI 1B in the B7. Barrel works flat thru zone, line drive hitter @PBR_Uncommitted @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/YJj5ovV3a0

Raphael Picard, OF, Academie Baseball Canada (QC), 2020
Uncommitted. 5-foot-10, 180-pound left-handed hitting outfielder, strong lower half. Crouching setup, starts with weight on back-side, high back elbow, hands load back, short stride. Barrel works mostly level through the zone, line drive hitter, sprayed the ball consistently up the middle.
Xavier Morrissette, SS, Academie Baseball Canada (QC), 2020
Uncommitted. 5-foot-7, 150-pound switch-hitting shortstop, athletic build, saw him take his at-bats exclusively from the left-side on Saturday of the PBR Fall Classic. Offensively, open setup, athletic bend in his knees, high back elbow, barrel starts on shoulder, cocks up and hands load back, toe-tap stride. Looks to put the ball in play with a line drive approach and use speed to his advantage.
Pool D
Allatoona
Logan McGuire, RHP, Allatoona (GA), 2021
6-foot-3, 170-pound right-handed pitcher, long, uber projectable frame, room to fill out all areas, moves with smooth actions on the mound. Arm works long and continuous on the back-side with quick arm speed, accelerates out front consistently to a high ¾ slot, repeats. Drop and drive delivery, keeps front side high, leads with hip, works on-line, explosive at release and upon landing with stride leg, finishes with some recoil and crossing over. Came on in relief in the finals of the PBR Fall Class with two outs and the bases loaded in the fifth inning. Sat 91-92 mph (1900rpm) to the first batter, striking him out in four pitches. Maintained velocity over the final innings, sitting 89-92. Struck out all seven batters he faced, all on fastballs. Rarely used his off-speed, had no need to with how dominant his fastball was, curveball came in at 76 mph (2250rpm). One of the top uncommitted arms in Georgia’s Class of 2021.
‘21 RHP Logan McGuire (@ahsbucsbaseball) comes on in relief in the finals and is nothing short of electric. Goes 91-92-92 (1900rpm) and strands the bases loaded. Uber projectable 6-3, 170-pounds, loads of room to fill out. @PBRGeorgia @ShooterHunt #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/VVoiCAq1OH

Fisher Paulsen, LHP, Allatoona (GA), 2021
5-foot-11, 175-pound left-handed pitcher, strong, athletic frame, has filled out frame considerably since the last time we saw him. Arm works clean and loose to a 3/4 slot, quick arm speed, consistent slot. Mechanically sound delivery, stays tall throughout, works on-line, finishes square to the mound, showed the ability to change timing effectively while still maintaining balance and arm slot. Fastball sat 86-87 (2280rpm) early on, settled in at 83-86, touching 87 throughout his entire complete game one-hitter in the semis of the PBR Fall Classic. Slider was his bread and butter, commanded to all parts of the zone, 73-76 (2250rpm), two-plane break, routinely caught the outside of the plate, gave hitters a problem the entire game, unable to figure it out.
‘21 LHP Fisher Paulsen (@ahsbucsbaseball) is dealing‼️ Commanding his SL to all parts of the zone, 73-76 (2250rpm), getting batters looking and inducing weak contact with. FB sitting 86-87. Has added some physicality to frame since we last saw him. @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/rO9k1HTjgT

Jack McElvy, SS, Allatoona (GA), 2022
5-foot-6, 135-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder, athletically built with lean muscle, plays bigger than he is listed. Offensively, hitting out of the leadoff spot, balanced setup, high hands drop and load back, reverse toe-tap stride, balanced at contact. Gap-to-gap type hitter, barrel works with some incline, taps in to a surprising amount of power in his undersized frame, consistently found the barrel all weekend long, the offensive catalyst for Allatoona on their march to the championship of the PBR Fall Classic.
‘22 SS Jackson McElvy (@ahsbucsbaseball) is a high energy prospect standing 5-6, 135. Plays with a chip on his shoulder. Has been a consistent performer this fall. Led the game off with a 3B off the LF wall. Good 2-strike app, adds a LD 1B to CF in vid ⤵️ @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/Ow2LjQgHNs

Brett Blomquist, C/RHP, Allatoona (GA), 2021
6-foot-2, 171-pound catcher and right-handed pitcher, long, narrow frame, athletically built, wiry strength, room to add lean strength. Offensively, balanced setup, starts with weight displaced on back-side, hands load back smoothly, short stride, great balance through contact. Gap-to-gap type hitter, quick hands whip barrel through the zone in a slightly uphill path, uses his long levers to gain extension, creates leverage, had some of the hardest hit balls of the weekend. Defensively, is solid behind the plate, moves quick laterally, keeps the ball in front when block, flexible hips and ankles, creates a compact target, arm works short and loose.
A do it all type player, ‘21 C Brett Blomquist (@ahsbucsbaseball) is a long, lean athlete at 6-2, 171, plenty of room for added physicality. Uses his long levers well to gain extension and create leverage. Lines a 1B up the middle ⤵️ @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/Wo4UVJKH6j

Ethan Sutton, CIF/C, Allatoona (GA), 2023
One of the top ranked prospects in Georgia’s Class of 2023. Physically advanced for age, standing 6-foot-2, 170-pounds, will only continue to add strength and firm up frame as he matures. Starts in a balanced position with hands at ear level, hands load back with a barrel wrap, short stride, inverts stride leg foot before opening up with aggression, good balance. Barrel works mostly level through the zone, did flash an uphill path occasionally. Still developing his approach at the plate, at-times he looks to pull and elevate the ball with force, other times he shortened up and took a more gap-to-gap, line drive approach. Considerable raw power for his age, generates hard contact to all fields.
‘23 CIF Ethan Sutton (@ahsbucsbaseball) breaks the tie in the 7th inning with a line drive 1B to CF, just out of the reach of a diving defender, scoring 2 runs. Adv. to 2B as OF scrambled to get ball. Physical for age at 6-2, 170. Good feel for the barrel. @PBRGeorgia #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/KtP7DIO3Dp

Offensively, balanced setup, starts up in the box, long stride, hands load back smoothly, good balance. Gap-to-gap type hitter, barrel works slightly uphill through the zone, uses strength in upper body well to drive the ball. Defensively, arm works well from the outfield, held runners from taking extra bases.

Ninth Inning Royals - Slavin
Brendan Parks, LHP, North Atlanta (GA), 2020
Uncommitted. One of the breakout stars of the PBR Fall Classic. Standing at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds, Parks has a strong, durable frame, a wide build with room to add strength throughout frame and firm up areas. Arm works loose and easy on the back-side out to a high ¾ slot. Drop and drive delivery, works on-line, lands square, finishes crossing over. Was dominant in his start against Allatoona. Fastball sat 86-88, touching 89 (2380-2460rpm), controlled the zone with, induced swing and misses with, blew it by hitters often. Mixed in a 12/6 curveball at 72-75 (2280-2325rpm), showed depth, maintained arm speed and slot creating deception. Kept hitters guessing.

Barrett Braves
Garrett Clapsaddle, C/OF, Christ School (NC), 2021

Offensively, balanced setup, smooth rhythm in his hands as they load back, short stride, stays balanced through contact. Gap-to-gap type hitter, can drive the ball to all fields, witnessed staying back on pitches and driving to the opposite field for extra base hits in addition to getting the barrel out and pulling balls deep into the outfield. High IQ at the plate, good feel for the zone.

Richard Westrop, RHP, Lambert (GA), 2021
6-foot-2 205-pounds. Physical framed righty that looks intimidating when he steps on the mound. His delivery is smooth, but violent. He has a strong finish and gets good extension that gives him a powerful 2nd half of his motion. FB worked up to 88 in the 1st inning, he settled in at 85-87. Threw a heavy FB and a power SL at 75-77. The SL is a swing and miss pitch when he throws it with conviction and starts it at the bottom of the zone. He has a really strong lower-half that projects more velo to come given the frame. Another GA player that will be fun to follow at Lambert HS in a strong region.
2021 RHP Richard Westrop (Barrett Braves; @LambertBaseball) is a 6’2 205lbs physical righty. FB worked up to 88 in the 1st. Settled in at 85-87. Power SL at 75-77, swing and miss stuff. Really strong lower-half. #PBRFC pic.twitter.com/UqbpacEnLf
