trey leonard Scouting Report  Trey Leonard

6-foot, 150-pound outfielder.  4.36 home to first time.  Left handed hitter, pre-set load, tall to fall stride, aggressive swing, slight uphill plane, good hand eye coordination, consistently finds barrel, ball really jumps at contact. Very fluid swing with simple movement.  91 mph exit velocity off tee.  Defensively, very athletic fluid actions, short arm action from OF, takes ball directly to ear, 78 mph from OF,  shows good accuracy and quick release to make up for average arm strength.  Very eager to play.  Plays hard consistently.  His run, field, and hit tools are in upper echelon for his grad class.  Division 1 and pro prospect.  Very interesting follow over next 3 years.
