Evaluation: 8/7/16- 5-foot-10, 188-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Tall open stance with simple setup, deeper load, strong enough to barrel through zone, occasional early exit from zone with barrel, stays on at contact, drives balls to gaps with strength, 92 mph exit velocity. Good direction and angles, heavier feet, long arm action, OT slot, avg. carry with above avg. accuracy. Shows ability to track fly balls. Present run tool, strong, playable arm, and power in bat- projects as left-fielder in college. 85 mph arm strength.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
CANDOR: Currently I have received interest from NIACC, Concordia, Buena Vista, SW Minnesota State, Upper Iowa, Wartburg, Luther, Iowa Wesleyan and U. of Dubuque.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
CANDOR: I plan to start visiting colleges later in September and early October.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
CANDOR: I am looking for a school that has a great reputation for academics; and provide me opportunities to discover a rewarding career path.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
CANDOR: I was 1st Team All-Conference, All-District, and All-State. I hit .480 with 10 homeruns and had 49 RBI's.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
CANDOR: I want to use the off-season to improve my speed and arm strength. Find a college that will help me develop my skills to be the best I can be. And I would like to have the type of season where I would be considered for the All-State Super Team.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
CANDOR: I have played football until this Fall. I decided to concentrate on playing competitive baseball and prepare for college.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
CANDOR: My GPA is 3.25 and I have a 19 ACT which I will be re-taking.
