On Monday, the PBR Illinois team released its First-Team All-State honors for the 2019 IHSA season. Today, we conclude the 2019 PBR Illinois All-State Teams with a look at the Third-Team All-State Selections.  Given the amount of talent residing in the state, the Third-Team roster is stacked with players who could easily fit in on the First-Team, given the huge numbers they put up this spring.
