Trailing 2-0 in the 2nd, the Panthers scored seven runs in the bottom half of the inning including the two runs scored on Josh Gibson's double. Gibson and Matthew Albritton each recorded three hits and drove in a total of three runs. Jacob Dreyer reached base in all four plate appearances and drove in three runs, too.
No. 10 New Trier 8 Lane Tech 4 MORE
Trevians' leadoff man Kyle Caponi scored three runs including the two times he scored on Cam Redding's two three-run homers, in the 3rd and 4th innings. New Trier starter Drew Gorski pitched four innings and did not allow a run or walk, and struck out six batters.
No. 13 St. Laurence 18 Bishop Mac 1 MORE
The Vikings scored 18 runs on 11 hits, including homers from Justin Rios and Zach Verta. Verta also started for St. Laurence and pitched three innings and allowed one unearned run on two hits, one walk, and struck out five. He also led the Vikings with five RBIs.
Sacred Heart-Griffin 2 No. 21 Glenwood 3 MORE
The Titans, down 2-0, scored two runs in the 6th and one in the top of the 7th to grab the lead and eventually the win on Tuesday. Starter Jacob Maton threw five innings, allowed two runs, one earned, on five hits and a walk, and struck out nine batters. Maton's two-run homer in the 6th also tied the game.

Eagles pitching held Moline to just one hit, a single, that eventually came around to score in the 4th. Charlie Mangieri and Jared Holt each tossed four innings and combined to strike out seven and walk just one. Their pitching allowed Dunlap to get back into the game, tie it in the 5th, and win it in extras on a run-scoring Taylor Catton double.
