Hurst also features a curveball with above average depth and feel.

When it comes to advancing to the next level Hurst said,

“I am looking for a school that will help develop me into the best baseball player that I can be. I want a school where I can get a good degree, and that I will be able to call home.”

According to Hurst he is also holding a 3.7 GPA.

Peoria Notre Dame made it the Sectional Championship last year and Hurst had a huge role in that success. Hurst posted a 10-1 record on the mound with an ERA under 1.50. Those lofty numbers also earned him All-Conference and All-Area selections.
