Purdue commit. 6-foot-3, 200-pound left-handed pitcher, athletic projectable frame, loose levers with strength. Delivery is athletic, up-tempo, showed moxy and competitiveness on the mound, strong mound presence. Struck out the side in the seventh, fanned two on plus breaking balls for his age. Lively loose arm action, ¾ slot. Fastball ranged 81-85, hard finish through the zone, gets on hitters. Breaking ball has plus potential, swing-and-miss action, 71-72 mph, 1/7, flashed slurve action. High follow 2021 arm.

6-foot-3, 200-pound left-handed pitcher, athletic and strong build, plus frame, high projectability. Presence on the rubber, side steps into a sturdy, leg lift balance, leg kicks out and extends in-line to home, toe strikes closed, athletic finish with pop-up. Arm plays short and clean, speeds up quick after hand break, high ¾ window. Fastball has life through the zone, hard run, sat 84-86 mph, topped 87 mph. Curveball, 1/7 shape, gradual break, 74-75 mph. Feel for a changeup, hard fade deceptive off the fastball, 77-81 mph.

9.16.18 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound, extra-large, well-proportioned, high-ceiling left-handed pitcher. Stretch-only delivery, works slightly across his body. Arm works short, clean and quick from a high ¾ slot. Fastball, mostly straight action, late run at times, sat 79-82 mph, touched 83 once. Breaking ball was his go-to secondary pitch; 2/8 shape, late bite at times, 70 mph. High-follow 2021 arm.

7.23.18 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound, well-proportioned, extra-large, two-way prospect. High-ceiling left-handed arm. Works out of the stretch only, repeats delivery well for his size, works on-line, lands front toe closed. Clean, loose arm action, quick out front and comes out of a high ¾ slot. Fastball, thrown for strikes, arm-side-run, consistently pitches to the arm side, sat 81-83 mph. Curveball, thrown for strikes, 1/7 plane, occasional sharp action, 70-72 mph. Saw one changeup at 75 mph. At the plate, left-handed hitter, balanced setup, deep load, gets hands back and toe-tap stride. Long, uphill bat path, makes strong, hard contact to the pull-side at times. 85 mph exit velocity off a tee. Defensively, natural actions at first base, maintains body control, sure hands and fluid footwork around the bag at first. Throws topped at 80 mph across the infield. 4.69, home-to-first.

2.18.18 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound, two-way prospect, strong, athletically built, two-way prospect. Emerged as a high-follow 2021 left-handed pitcher. Works from the stretch-only, smooth rhythm, strong front-side and repeats well given size and age. Short, quick arm action out of a high ¾ slot. Fastball flashed hard, late arm-side-run at times, thrown for strikes, sat 81-82 mph. Curveball, maintains arm speed, feel, sharp action, tight spin, worked 1/7, 71-73 mph. Changeup, inconsistent action, 74-78 mph. At the plate, left-handed hitter, balanced setup, loads hands, short heel-lift stride. Long, level bat path, strong contact at times; 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, clean exchange, feel around the bag. Loose arm action, throws clocked at 77 mph across the diamond. 7.79 runner in the 60.

10.27.17 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound, strong, durable, two-way prospect. Put himself on the map as a high-follow 2021 arm. Arm works clean and quick. Showed feel for the strike zone and an advanced three-pitch mix for his age. Fastball sat 79-81 mph with finish through the zone. Breaking ball has tight spin, late action at 71-72 mph. Also showed feel for a changeup at 74 mph.
