Some standouts from last year’s event include, RHP Keaton Hopwood (Wilmington; Coastal Carolina commit), C Chuck Ingram (Rockhurst, MO; Wichita State commit), RHP Eric Loomis (CBC, MO; Missouri State commit), C Drew Stengren (Cary-Grove; Central Michigan commit), C/RHP Zach Dillman (Lee’s Summit West, MO; Missouri State commit), 3B Brennan Orf (Westminster, MO; SIU-Edwardsville commit), as well as a host of others. In all, 41 players from last year’s event went on to make a college commitment.

The current roster features around 30 of the top 2021s in Missouri and Illinois. Some names from Illinois to keep an eye on are OF Gavin Baldwin (Nashville), RHP Bradin Baucum (Altamont), LHP Brayden Closs (Warrensburg-Latham), C Daniel Contreras (Rockford Boylan), C Josh Heyder (Washington), INF Cameron Hailstone (Gillespie) and RHP Mason Telford (Streator), with a host of others ready to make a statement.

Gavin Baldwin (2.9.20)

When looking at Missouri, they will have their fair share of talent in attendance as well. 1B/LHP Jacob Frost (Oakville) is a 6-foot-2, 210-pound, physical left/left two-way prospect with a loose swing, pull-side power at the plate and a fastball that was up to 84 mph this winter. The No. 44 ranked ‘21 in Missouri, C TJ Racherbaumer (Hermann), is a compact, left-handed hitting backstop with power potential and consistently posts sub-2.0 pop times. Another top-50 Missouri prospect set to go for Tuesday’s event is SS Trevor Quick (Seckman). The 6-foot, 165-pound right-handed hitting infielder hits with rhythm, looks to lift the baseball, and has smooth defensive actions with plenty of arm strength for the left side (87 mph).
