Over the last couple weeks we have counted down the 2016 calendar year with a look at the top ten viewed profiles of 2016. After drilling down into our google analytics we have compiled a list of the ten most visited profiles by you the reader in 2016.

No. 3 Austin Marozas

RHP Austin Marozas (Plainfield South) comes in as the third most viewed profile of 2016. Marozas is currently the No. 1 ranked player in the Illinois Class of 2017. This year he decommitted from Mississippi State and soon after committed to Kentucky. His profile saw nearly 9,000 views in 2016.

Scouting Report on Marozas

10.20.16 - Started for the Reds Midwest Scout Team and allowed two runs on five hits while striking out one. He has a big, strong frame at 6-foot-7, 240 pounds. He pitches with a low arm slot and short arm action for a pitcher his size. The lower slot gets arm-side sink and run to his fastball, which started out 88-91 and settled into the high 80s, inducing weak contact. He slowed his arm some on his changeup, but did flash feel for the pitch. It was 81-82. His breaking ball was slurvy and flat at 71-75.
