Over the last few weeks, the PBR Illinois staff has been covering the state's senior class by detailing the destinations the prospects are headed. From the Big Ten to the Atlantic Sun, we've been providing analysis and the latest notes on the future homes of the top talent in Illinois. Today, we're shining a light on the prospects who do not yet have landing spots for the fall of 2020.

Scouting Report

7.25.19 - Uncommitted 5-foot-8, 160-pound middle infielder. Handsy defender, showed above average actions hands play soft, quick hands turn the double play. Right-handed hitter, hits out of the three-hole, compact frame and stroke packs a punch, hard gap to gap contact, uses the whole field and takes competitive at bats. Above average contact off the bat for size. Follow uncommitted middle infielder.
 
 10.14.18 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound infielder, athletic build. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance, short stride. Aggressive swing, confident presence in the box, swings with intent, gets extension on slight uphill plane, hits in rhythm. 81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Actions play well through the baseball, smooth footwork, clean exchange, showed soft hands. Arm is short and high ¾, carries across, 82 mph. 7.20 runner in the 60.

10.22.17 - 5-foot-8, 135-pound, well-proportioned, infielder. At the plate, right-handed hitter, wide, slightly open setup, stays quiet, short stride and average balance. Repeatable swing, flashed bat speed and uphill bat path. 79 mph exit velocity. Defensively, natural infield actions, hands works out front, receptive. Clean transfer, throws from a high ¾ slot, 78 mph across the diamond. 7.38 runner in the 60, laser-timed.

9.9.17 - 5-foot-8, 130-pound, athletic, quick, middle infielder. Offensively, balanced, athletic setup, load back, leg-kick timing trigger, quick twitch hands. Pull approach, turned on a ball down the left field line for a two-run double. Showed patience at the plate, and an awareness of the strike zone, drawing multiple walks.

7.3.17 - 5-foot-8, 145-pound, athletic shortstop. Defensively, athletic arm action from multiple slots. Showed advanced range, quick and clean transfers, fluid footwork, overall smooth look. Offensively, has an approach, pull hitter, with surprising power.

10.23.16 - 5-foot-8, 130-pound, right-handed hitting infielder. Offensively, fluid rhythm, line-drive approach, uphill path through the zone; exit velocity registered at 75 mph. Balanced setup with a short stride. Defensively, fluid footwork, clean exchange, plays through the baseball. Short arm action from an over the top slot; throws clocked at 74 mph across the diamond. 7.88 runner in the laser timed 60.
