Conference (2017 Record):  Duneland (9-5)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2018 Team Strengths:

• Senior Depth

Top Players: 

• Will Malekovic, C, 2018: 3 year player, leading htiier last year at  .416 and 30 RBI. 
• Chandler Bainc, LHP/1B, 2018: .353 with 19 RBI; 6-1 on the mound, 2.92 ERA, Ball State recruit.
• Nolan Lorenz, OF/RHP, 2018: .303 with 22 RBI, 3-0 with a 2.65 ERA
• Noah Mathias, LHP/OF, 2018: 2-3 with 4.2 ERA, Roosevelt recruit
•  Jose Ochoa, OF, 2018: .279 with 11 RBI

2019's: 

• Brock Lipscomb, RHP/MIF

Outlook: The Slicers return a strong No. 1 on the mound in Ball State recruit Chandler Banic.  Mathias, Lee Timmons and Lorenz earned varsity innings in 2017 and will be relied on heaviily this season.  The Slicers roster is full of seniors, which should be huge benefit.  They aren't necessarily strong in any facet of the game, but are solid in all areas.
