As we are coming to the end of another calendar year, we are going to countdown the top ten most viewed Indiana player profiles of 2014.  According to our research through our google analytics, these are the most viewed profiles by you the reader in 2014. 

3. Bryan Hoeing

Bryan HoeingBatesville's Bryan Hoeing was the third most viewed player in Indiana for 2014.  The 6-foot-6, 190 pound right-hander is one of the more projectable arms in the 2015 class.  He helped lead his Batesville team to a 2014 sectional championship and was also named to the Under Armour All-America team this past summer. He's currently ranked as the No. 2 player in Indiana's 2015 rankings and No. 8 in the PBR overall 2015 rankings.  Hoeing recently suffered an torn ACL in a high school basketball game and will be out for most this high school season.  He is signed to play at Louisville, and is also considered a potential draft pick in next June's MLB first year player draft.  

SCOUTING REPORT

Hoeing is a projectable 6-foot-6, 190 pounder with good athleticism.  The No. 2 prospect in Indiana's 2015 class has a fastball that sits in high 80s to low 90s. He hit 93 multiple times and 94 once in an early-May start while showing a plus breaking ball with depth at 72-76. He also throws a two-seam fastball in the mid 80s with good life and a 75-77 changeup. The ball jumps out of his hand from a three-quarter arm slot with easy effort. Potential draft next June, signed to play at Louisville.
