Brandon Logan OF / Fort Wayne, IN / 2025+ Logan enjoyed the biggest breakout performance amongst this group, and was one of the biggest position player winners of the day. The 6-foot, 192 pound ultra-athletic frame stood out & passed the eye test, showing off muscular quads and well-proportioned strength throughout the frame. He dominated the athletic testing, posting a 6.41 60-yard dash (3rd @ event) along with a 33" vertical jump (2nd @ event). The Notre Dame recruit showed continued improvement in his offensive skillset with twitchy hands and above-average impact that is beginning to blossom. The added impact only adds to already-present bat-to-ball skills, on the sweet spot for 100% of his batting practice swings, averaging an exit velocity of 96-plus mph. Logan profiles as a top of the lineup bat and his level, accurate swings produced 75% line drives per Trackman. He danced around the outfield while showing off obvious short burst explosiveness and reached an outfield velocity of 90 mph at this event.

JD Stein SS / Carmel, IN / 2025+ Per usual, Stein was a fan favorite that showed well in all facets. The 5-foot-8 shortstop burned a plus run time (6.53 60-yard dash) with a really solid 10-yard split to show his short burst abilities (1.59). His best work was shown as he bounced around the infield with quick feet, soft/reliable hands, and plus arm strength across (91 mph). He can throw from multiple arm slots with body control and feel to play on the run, while carrying it with advanced strength when needed. Offensively, the Wake Forest recruit showed a well-paced, athletic look with an on-plane barrel. Stein peaked at 97.2 mph with a line drive contact prevelant while he showed flashes of the ability to lift pull-side.

Xavier Carrera RHP / Boone Grove, IN / 2025+ Carrera provided an intriguing 'pen that showed improvements in his own personal development. He was one of the more athletic-looking bodies to toe the rubber at the event, standing at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds with still room to add to the leaner frame. He showed command improvements, specifically with a sinking fastball that worked at 91-93, touching 94 mph. He was solely fastball/breaking ball in my looks last season, though his 80-81 mph changeup showed improvements at this event, blossoming into a serviceable offering. The breaking ball was spun in the mid-to-upper 70s and played with sweep. There is still plenty of untapped potential in the operation, but Javy is an exceptional mover with plus arm strength and speed to suggest his development is far from finished.

Davian Carrera 1B / Boone Grove, IN / 2025+ Davian showed well across the board with his physical, 6-foot-3, 215 pound frame. The frame, combined with a lofty, on-plane path, will pair to create power at some point, with present exit velocities reaching into the upper-90s. His arm is a tool, reaching 87 mph across from first base, and up to 89 in previous looks on the hill. He has added strength leading to a spike in bat speed, but also improved his 60-yard dash as he turned in a 6.91. The positive development trends are encouraging and warrant a no-doubt spring follow with his best days ahead.
