Coming in at No. 16 is '26 Sammy Swank (McCutcheon HS). A 6-foot-4, 215-pound right-handed pitcher. Swank, a former junior future gamer, committed to Kentucky in December of 2022. The power armed righty had a very successful sophomore season for the McCutcheon Mavericks, leading them to a sectional championship. The projectable right-hander showed well at the Area Code Underclass Games in August. Swank is currently ranked #8 in Indiana's 2026 class and #108 in the country.

Scouting Report
Swank has an uber-projectable, 6-foot-3, 170 pound frame and his fastball touched 87 mph at the PBR Junior Future Games. Swank has long, clean arm action with advanced arm strength for the class, combined with solid pitchability, showing the ability to throw a three-pitch mix for strikes. He has a short, tight, 69-71 mph slider that will continue to improve as he gains velocity. Swank will also flash a changeup at 77-80 mph with sinking action and command to his armside.
