Top 25 Profiles of 2024: No. 3 Rob Czarniecki

As we are nearing the end of another calendar year, we have compiled a list of the top 25 most viewed Indiana player profiles this year.  According to our research through our google analytics, these are the most viewed profiles by you the reader in 2024.

Coming in at No. 3 is '26 Rob Czarniecki (Chesterton HS). A 6-foot-1, 195-pound centerfielder. Czarniecki was the one of the biggest winners from 2024 in the state. He started off the year with a big showing at the Preseason All-State in March. The athletic CF then had a phenomenal sophomore season, hitting .489 with 22 extra-base hits and 38 runs batted in. Czarniecki would go on to impress even more in the summer at premier tournaments. The Chesterton product then made another big splash at the Future Games. He got a hit in nearly every at bat versus top of the line pitching. The top ranked 2026 in Indiana would later commit to Kentucky. Czarniecki is ranked #41 in the country.

Czarniecki was a winner from this event and has already built a reputation as one of the best game hitters in the class. A muscular, 6-foot-2, 195 pounder - the toolset is one of the loudest in the class as well, holding 4 tool upside. The swing works direct with innate accuracy and the ability to leverage. There is significant barrel strength (99 mph exit velocity) that allows the ball to jump off the barrel, especially when combined with the fact that he posted some of the best bat speed numbers of the event. A 6.71 60 time adds excitement to the offensive profile, and Czarniecki profiles as a true power / speed threat the college level. The arm is a tool, as well, as the physical outfielder reached 89 mph from the outfield during defensive evaluations.
