As  we  prepare  for  the  upcoming  2017  high  school  season,  we  will  be  taking  a 
preseason glimpse at programs from around the state.

SEASON OUTLOOK


After losing six seniors in 2016 the Tigers will look to bring in young talent. Sophomore Julius Sifuentes along with Victor Perez, Dylan Graber, Jett Moyer, and Jared Higgs will all be asked to help. Ulysses finished 4th in the GWAC last year and look to improve on that mark this spring. Pitching will be key for the Tigers this year. Ulysses will be looking for several new arms in 2017 as they have no returning starting pitchers. Coach Wiginton looks to be creative in 2017 as the Tigers have 6 games scheduled within a 7 day span along with the new Kansas pitch count rules.
