Risers

Cal Purvis 1B / LHP / Bishop Carroll Catholic , KS / 2026

Purvis had a huge year offensively for the 5A state champs hitting in the middle of their talented order. The right-handed hitter shows advanced physicality and maturity at the plate hitting for average and power this spring.

Tucker Thompson LHP / OF / Gardner Edgerton , KS / 2026

Thompson got a few varsity innings under his belt this spring, but really impressed at the BC Scout Day where he ran his fastball up near 85 mph from a low 3/4 slot and mixed a sweeping slider for strikes. Thompson's quick arm and athleticism should allow his velo to continue to climb.

Gatlin Tilson OF / SS / Andover, KS / 2026

As Tilson continues to polish his game, his already impressive metrics just keep getting better. Tilson showed off a 6.91 60, 89 OF velo, and 86 exit velo at the Preseason All-State, as well as bumping an 86 on the mound. Tilson get his feet wet on the varsity for Andover this spring and should be poised for a big summer.

Newcomers

Roy Roseman C / 1B / Olathe West , KS / 2026

It is not often that a newcomer jumps into the top 10 prospects in a class, but Roseman does just that after putting up solid numbers at the MOKAN Preseason All-State and then being a huge contributer for a talented Olathe West club this spring. Roseman is a polished defender behind the plate with near 2.00 showcase pop times and advanced blocking and receiving, but is just as comfortable at 3B. Offensively, the right-handed hitter

Kolby Brown OF / RHP / Life Prep Academy, KS / 2026

Its all about the tools and projection with Brown. The 6-foot-4, 150-pound athlete posted 6.96 60, 85 OF velo, and 90 exit velo. Brown logged some at bats for the extremally talented Life Prep Team. As Brown, adds size and strength he could quickly become one of the most tooled out players in the region.

Blake Jay SS / RHP / Mill Valley , KS / 2026

Jay was one of the stand out performers of the BC Scout Day. Defensively, Jay shows elite actions on the infield and the hands and feet to stick there long term. Already putting up strong numbers with a 7.1 60, 90 EV, and 86 INF Velo, Jay's 6-foot, 155-pound frame should allow him to continue to make big gains.
