Hutson will be part of one of the top rotations in Kansas in the spring as St. Thomas Aquinas’ has him and RHP Riley Pint, the country’s top 2016 prospect. A lot of attention will be paid to Pint, but Hutson has some stuff his own. He is undersized for a righty, but he’s athletic with a quick arm that produces a fastball at 89-91. His curveball has hard break and sits in the low 70s. He also flashes a changeup in the low 80s.
