He ran a 4.53 home to first and has a 78 mph exit velocity.  At the plate, short and compact swing, balanced set up, controlled throughout swing, shot stride, level bat path, swing produced mostly pull to middle of the field line drives, one handed finish.  In the outfield, over the top arm slot, aggressive to the ball, fluid exchange with crow hop, works through the ball, 81 mph positional velocity. On the mound, Noll keeps hands high during delivery, slides foot across rubber, in line stride, comes from a loose sidearm slot, throws with regular effort keeping shoulders level during delivery, fastball is heavy with two-seam action, 73-77 mph, throws for strikes, breaking ball has 10-to-4 action, gradual, 60-62 mph, throws change up at 64-67 mph.
