OUTLOOK:

The Chargers didn't lose a game the first 6 weeks of the season in 2013 as they compiled an impressive 33-4 overall record that culminated in a 24th District Championship (their 10th consecutive) and a run to the 6th Region Semi-Finals where they lost to eventual State Champion PRP.  They return 4 starters and 5 pitchers from the 2013 squad and will be led both offensively and on the mound by a trio of seniors who will continue their playing careers at the collegiate level next year in Zac Ching, Chase Patton, and Alex Ralph.  Look for senior Tyler Krauth to have a larger role on the mound this year.  Junior Brayden Blair will take over the catching duties from the departed Hunter Wood (Western Kentucky).  The Chargers are once again the favorites to win the 24th District and will look to contend for the 6th Region Championship.
