We hope to familiarize our readers with many of the teams across the state as we preview individual teams across Louisiana. We will take you right up to first pitch this season with these team previews, followed by our Power 25 Rankings release, and our always popular Game of the Week segment.

Team Outlook
The Elizabeth Bulldogs are coming off an impressive 2024 campaign, finishing with a 21-9 record and making it to the Class B quarterfinals before falling to perennial powerhouse Hicks. Head Coach Rhon Morgan will look to build on that success in 2025 with a team that boasts a wealth of senior leadership and a potent lineup.
The Bulldogs’ offense will be their calling card in 2025, with a lineup anchored by four talented seniors: Tanner Stockman, Hunter Dauzat, Garrison Ardoin, and JT McCoy. This group brings a combination of power, consistency, and experience at the plate. Look for the Bulldogs to generate plenty of runs and put pressure on opposing pitching staffs throughout the season.
While the Bulldogs return two capable senior pitchers in Tanner Stockman and Hunter Dauzat, the team’s pitching depth remains a concern. Beyond the two veterans, the staff lacks proven arms, which could be an issue in multi-game series or against high-caliber opponents. Developing reliable options behind Stockman and Dauzat will be a key focus for Coach Morgan and his staff.
With an experienced and talented senior class leading the way, Elizabeth has the tools to be a contender in Class B once again. The Bulldogs’ hitting prowess will keep them competitive in most games, but their postseason success will likely hinge on addressing their pitching depth issues. If younger arms can step up to complement Stockman and Dauzat, this team has the potential to make a deep playoff run. Coach Rhon Morgan has proven he can get the most out of his players, and 2025 should be no different. Expect the Bulldogs to be a tough out in Class B this season.
