As the spring high school season in Louisiana ended a few weeks back, and college baseball set to conclude its season over the next few weeks Prep Baseball Report will be previewing some things to look for on the summer select circuit.

Today, we take a look a five 2016 graduates that could change their uncommitted status to commited, sooner rather than later.

+Johnny Johnson, INF, Runnels HS(2016)
A 5-foot-10, 160-pound infielder with a compact, strong frame and fast twitch actions. Quality overall athlete that runs the 60 yard dash in 6.7 seconds. Quality defender with arm strength, soft hands, but third base type feet. Right-handed hitter with short, compact stroke, quality path with surprising strength at contact. He consistently finds the barrel with occasional pull power.

+Blake Locicero, OF/LHP, St. Pauls HS(2016)
A 5-foot-11, 170-pound uncommitted outfielder with an average, lanky, athletic frame and currently ranked No. 29 in the 2016 class. Smooth, athletic runner with solid tracking instincts and college average arm strength as a defender. Left-handed hitter with a balanced, smooth, short swing and near college average bat speed. Shows an advanced feel for hitting with line drive type bath and ability to hit. On the mound, his fastball sits in the Low-to-mid 80s with a clean, loose arm. Displays a solid feel for a breaking ball that has tight spin and depth on occasion. Also shows advanced feel for a change up with near fastball arm speed, deception and fade action.

+Aaron George, RHP, Ouachita Christian HS(2016)
A 6-foot-5, 200-pound uncommitted right-hander with a large, strong frame. Clean arm action with slight stiffness in the arm stroke and deception in the delivery created by the lead arm hiding the release point very well. Fastball sits 84-86 mph touching 87 with outstanding tilt and angle with occasional life.  Flashes a quality breaking ball with 11/5 shape that spins well with quality depth on occasion.

+Sean Tweedy, LHP/1B Northlake Christian(2016)
A 6-foot-1, 225-pound rising senior with a physical, strong frame and powerful lower half. Left-hander with repeatable delivery, arm works well with quickness into a low-3/4 release. Fastball sits 83-85 mph touching 87 with life, showing both cutting action and arm side run. Shows quality command, and will consistently go hard in on right-handers. Flashes a quality slider with sweeping action at 73-75 mph and tight spin. Left-handed hitter with simple, repeatable stroke and strength at contact. Gap to gap hitter that shows a level path and hits to the opposite field with authority.

+Michael Kirsch, INF, Brother Martin HS(2016)
A physical 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame with fast twitch actions (4.2 home to 1st). Broad-shouldered athlete with long, physically developed arms and obvious present wrist strength. Shows soft hands and big arm strength on the infield playing both 3rd base and shortstop. Right-handed hitter with short, compact swing, quality bat path and solid bat speed. Physically gifted athlete with projectable power/speed combination.
