Week 3 Pitcher of the Week: 2025 Marshall Louque

Alex Armand
Louisiana Scouting Director

2023 PITCHER OF THE WEEK

The Louisiana High School Pitcher of the Week highlights the best individual pitching performance for a Louisiana high school player from the previous week.  Each week, high school coaches are emailed and asked to send in their nominees for Pitcher and Player of the Week.  If you wish to nominate someone for Player or Pitcher of the Week, please email Alex Armand at [email protected]

While there can only be one pitcher and player of the week, our Diamond Notes are intended to shine a spotlight on other noteworthy performances from the previous week.

The former Future Gamer was the Class 3A Player of the Year last spring, on route to leading Lutcher to a state title, and he doesn't seem to be slowing down this season.  The LSU commit earned two wins last week on the mound for the Bulldogs, after tossing 12 1/3 innings giving up only 6 H and 0 ER with 3 BB and 18 K's.  Louque was also impressive at the plate, as he went 8-14 (.571) on the week with 3 2B, 7 R, and 3 RBI.
