Braylen Montgomery, Walker (LA), 2026
Positional Profile: OF/OF One of the top 2026's in the state.
Body: 6-3, 173-pounds. Long, lean, and athletic.
Hit: RHH. Starts in a tall and narrow stance with the bat head rested on his back shoulder, lifts front heel off the ground before striding out and landing during his load and stride. Gains ground forward during load and stride and slightly dives into the plate, quick hands take a direct path to contact with level extension and a two-handed finish, stayed inside the ball well and drove the ball really well up the middle and to the opposite field gap.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 82.7 mph. 333' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-88 mph. Long and loose arm swing with a high 3/4 release.
Defense: Moves gracefully in the OF with long strides, gets good reads off the bat, has the chance to stick in CF and has plenty of arm to play RF.
ATH: 6.81 runner in the 60. 1.70 and 3.83 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Positional Profile: OF/RHP One of the top 2026's in the state
Body: 6-3, 173-pounds. Projectable, athletic, with long limbs
Hits: RHH. Starts in an upright, balanced, and athletic stance with hands held at shoulder height, uses a simple load and stride. Displayed quick hands in BP and present bat speed using a short and flat path to contact with slightly uphill extension and present power to the pull-side with more on the way.
Power: 94 max exit velocity, averaged 84.4 MPH. 358' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-86 mph. Long and loose arm action, releases from a 3/4 slot
Defense: Glides in the OF with long strides, caught the baseball clean and out front, played through everything athletically and has the tools and ability to stick in CF.
Run: 6.88 runner in the 60.
