We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2022 Scout Day: Expos. This was a great opportunity for 2023-2025 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2022 Scout Day: Expos - Quick Hits

THE BATS

  • Will Burns - Burns showed a balanced, quick stroke that produced a lot of loud contact.
  • Connor Welch - Welch is a physical, strong hitter with some juice in his bat.
  • Danati Fronduto - Fronduto hit out of a wide, balanced stance and showed the ability to drive the ball to the pull side.
  • Garrett Burke - Burke is a strong, athletic hitter from the left side. The ball jumps off his bat.
  • Colin Kinsella - Kinsella has a quick bat and shows juice in the middle of the field.

THE ARMS

  • Ryan Buckle - Buckle was really impressive. The fastball sat in the low 90’s with late arm side run and the breaking ball had tight, hard action.
  • Jake Boudreau - Boudreau is a physical kid with a really quick arm. The fastball sat in the upper 80’s, heavy sink.
  • John Nowicki - Nowicki featured a mid 80’s fastball with a hard, tight breaking ball.

THE DEFENDERS

  • Fletcher Waterman - Fletcher was really impressive behind the plate. The feet are athletic, the arm is strong and his transfer is quick.
  • Garrett Burke - Burke moves well in the infield. The hands are soft and the actions are clean.
  • Zack Webber - Webber is an athletic outfielder with a loose arm.
