Our Spring Forward series continues with a look at the Top 40 Public School Bats, broken up between committed and uncommitted players from across the Old Line State and Delaware you won't want to miss in 2025. The list below features 21 committed players and 19 uncommitted players from the 2025, 2026, and 2027 classes.
