Tyler Blittersdorf John Carroll 2019
Built frame at 5-foot-9 196-pounds. Simple and repeatable delivery. His arm action his easy with not a low of effort and he lands square. There is more in the tank as he learns to use his lower half. His fastball is consistently in the zone and hit 81 mph. His curveball had depth at an 11/5 shape.

Jack Colagiovanni Oxford Area (PA) 2019
The left handed pitcher stands at 5-11, 180lbs. His delivery is simple and up-tempo. He loads in hip at balance point and gets down the mound well with some effort. His arm action is free and releases the ball from a high ¾ slot while finishing square. Fastball has run and some late arm-side life. Curveball has depth at an 11/5 shape and stays down the zone. Changeup resembles his fastball well and fades down the zone.

Bobby Duffy North Harford 2020
Duffy has an athletic and solid frame at 5-foot-11, 190-pounds.  On the mound, he has a quick tempo and drives with backside to get down the mound in a square position. His arm action has a shorter action with slight pause and releases the ball from a high ¾ slot. Fastball topped at 83 mph and showed some life. Breaking ball has a 2/8 shape with late movement.

Evan Giordani Bel Air 2020
On the mound, he works with a quick delivery. Gets some hip load and uses backside to get down the mound. Arm action takes some effort and has slight hitch. Finishes slightly closed off but over front side. Fastball topped at 67 mph with fade. Changeup resembled fastball slot and late downward movement. Breaking ball has 10/4 shape with sweeping movement.

Robbie Hiles Concordia Prep 2019
Long lean projectable frame at 6-foot-4, 185-pounds. The right handed pitcher features a simple delivery, high ¾ arm slot and three-pitch arsenal. He finishes square to home but never quite clears his hips. Fastball lives low in the zone and topped out at 75mph. Changeup comes out of fastball slot and has fade at 62-65mph. Breaking ball had a 2/8 shape with slow break at 56-58mph. He could benefit from more lower half involvement

Sean Kelly Loyola Blakefield 2020
Controlled, build up style delivery. Longer loose arm action throwing from a high three quarter slot. Creates average arm speed. Works down to out with lower half, Lower half is average involvement, but fundamental. Fastball had slight run to the pitch up to 71 mph. Breaking ball has 10/4 action with gradual break and nice rotation up to 57 mph. Long projectable frame that should be able to add strength to.

Grayson Lawrence McDonogh 2018
On the mound, the lefty has an up-tempo and simple delivery. He has limited effort in his motion with a repeatable and short arm action. He releases from a high ¾ slot as he gets down the mound well. Hips clear and lands square to target. Fastball topped at 77mph with sink. Changeup ranged from 68-70mph with fade and was consistently down in the zone. Breaking ball sat 63-65mph with 11/5 shape.

Tyler Leach CM Wright 2020
Has a simple and quick delivery with some rhythm. His action arm is free and releases the ball from a ¾ slot. He lands square but can work on getting down the mound with more lower half involvement. Fastball topped at 80mph with some cut. Breaking ball had 1/7 shape with late movement at around 65-67mph. Changeup sat at 67-70mph with slight fade.

Robert McHugh McDonogh 2018
Stands at 6-foot-2, 175-pounds. Has a quick and clean delivery with minimal effort. His arm action is loose as he releases the ball from a high ¾ slot. He gets down the mound well and clears his hips into a square finish. His fastball topped at 75mph with arm side run. His changeup had downward action at 65-67mph. His breaking ball had 12-6 shape with depth and could be a strike out pitch.

Ben Pika John Carroll 2019
Pika stands at a projectable 6-3, 165lbs. He has a simple and compact delivery with minimal effort. His arm action is athletic and free as he releases the ball from a high ¾ slot. He gets a little bit of hip load which ignites his descent down the mound. He finishes over his front side in a slightly closed position. His fastball topped at a heavy 80mph with some arm side run. Breaking ball showed potential to be a plus pitch with 1/7 shape and late movement. He consistently threw it for a strike at 68-70mph. Change up sat at 71-74mph with fade and lived down in the zone.

Joe Radek McDonogh 2020
Athletic projectable frame. Quick compact delivery. High leg kick into drop n drive downhill. Longer arm action with average arm speed. Would like to see stronger/higher glove side after footstrike to release.  High three quarter slot. Fastball is straight up to 71mph. Breaking ball has gradual break with 11/5 action. thorws curve and slider at the same speed with similar rotation. Like to distinguish the two pitches apart. Cahnge up has nice fade to the pitch up to 65 mph. Athletic frame with room for strength and should continue to get stronger and monitor.

Andrew Rickard Archbishop Curley 2020
Controlled, build up delivery. Shorter quick arm action throwing from a high three quarter slot. Creates a quick arm speed. Average lower half involvement, like to see more backside intent through frontside and release. Fastball is straight up to 79 mph. Breaking ball has shorter 11/5 action up to 68 mph. Changeup has fade at 68 mph. Throws a knuckleball with good shape and near fastball arm speed up to 66 mph.

Ryan Rudrow Cumberland Valley (PA) 2018
On the mound, he has an up-tempo delivery with some effort. His arm action is long as he releases from a straight over the top slot. He gets some hip load as he finishes square and over his front side. Fastball topped at 80mph with sink. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape at around 64-67mph. Slider has 1/7 shape with quality late movement at 67-69mph. Changeup sat at 69-72mph down in the zone.

Tyler Schimming Bel Air 2019
Has a quiet and compact delivery with minimal effort. His arm action is clean and loose as he releases from a high ¾ slot. He gets down the mound but doesn't quite get over his front side. Fastball topped at 83mph with life. Breaking ball had 12/6 shape and could turn into a plus pitch at 64-65mph. Flashes potential with the changeup at 69-70mph. More in tank and one to keep an eye on as he adds to frame with his fast loose arm action.

Braden Soos Patterson Mill 2019
Side step delivery with high hands. Short arm action with slight pause after separation. Average leg kick into a drop n drive style lower half. Nice backside involvement through release. Average arm speed throwing from a three quarter slot. Fastball has slight sink to the pitch up to 73 mph. Breaking ball has 12/6 shape and later action on the pitch up to 60 mph. Change up has fade to the pitch with near fastball arm speed at 66 mph.

Hunter Wright CM Wright 2020
Projectable 5-foot-11, 150-pound frame. Side step delivery with high leg kick into lean in torso. Stays square pretty well with lower half and gets some back side usage. Shorter quick arm action throwing from a high three quarter slot. Repeats delivery well with some athleticism. Fastball has slight run up to 76 mph. Breaking ball has bigger 12/6 shape on the pitch with gradual break and depth at 61 mph. Change up has fade and sink to the pitch at 67 mph.
