This Saturday, January 25th 2020, the Metrix Baseball Training Facility will host our first PBR Maryland event of 2020. This year's Freshman Free Showcase will feature 35 players from across the Old Line state in the 2023 - 2025 graduating classes. The event will also serve as an identifier for the Junior Future Games Team Mid-Atlantic. As with all PBR events, players will receive a PBR Profile, picture, and verified stats from our PBR Maryland staff. Players also have the opportunity at a discounted rate to add their video and scouting report to their profile. Below you will find the address and schedule for the event.

Schedule 

8:00 AM: Registration for ALL Players except Pitcher Only’s

8:20 AM: Player Head Shots

8:30 AM: Educational Talk (Recruiting Process, Planning for the Future, Contacting School, etc.) All parents are welcome to stay and listen. 

9:00 AM: Stretch

9:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Offensive Evaluations (Stations, Video, Exit Velo)

11:00 AM - 11:50 AM: Defensive and Speed Evaluations (Video, Arm Velo, Pop Times, Home to First Base Times)

12:00 PM: Event End Time for Position Players (Infielders and Outfielders)
*** Two-way players and catchers will stay for Bullpens ***

 11:45 AM: Registration for Pitcher Only’s

 12:00 PM: Pitcher Bullpens
(Two-way players will throw bullpens first and all Catchers must stay)

 1:00 PM: Event End Time for Pitchers and Catchers
