#8 Hereford Bulls

A State Quarterfinals loss to eventual 2A State Champion Glenelg in last year's playoffs, Hereford looks to get over the hump and compete for a State title in 2023. Possessing one of the deepest and highly touted pitching staffs across the state, the Bulls are primed for a deep run this year. Senior Liam Diehl (High Point) headlines the pitching, with intriguing depth provided by Juniors Jack Kinsey, Andrew Larkin and Ryan Larkin. Look for fellow Junior Shaun Verderaime to provide some well added innings along with Senior leader Truitt Brinsfield. Offensively, the Bulls will lean on the Larkin brothers, Kinsey and Diehl to provide some thump throughout, with depth provided by Seniors Nicholas Malchak and Truitt Brinsfield. 

If the pitching can be as dominate as it looks on paper, look for Hereford to provide enough run support to allow another deep run in 2023.
