SCOUTING REPORT

6.21.16 - Short load with slight kick. Short, direct path to the baseball with fast bat speed. Nice rhythm throughout swing. Peppered the gaps during BP and shows some power potential. Active feet in the outfield, works thru the ball well. Has a clean and quick exchange to release. Throws from a high ¾ slot and throws were accurate to the plate.

Q&A

What made La Salle the right fit for you?
+ I love the Philadelphian culture that la salle has to offer and the education is top notch which is important to me. Also the coaching staff really made me feel like apart of the family, I felt at home.

What was the recruiting process like?
+ The recruiting process was long and difficult as I didn't receive many looks from home town schools, but at the end of the day I'm confident La Salle is the right place for me.

What other schools did you consider?
+ George Mason, Shepherd, and VMI

What were key factors you were looking for during the process?
+ I really looked to prove my self right away and in practice if I work hard everyday the opportunities will come.

What are your goals now before you step on campus?
+ To increase my speed and work on my hitting to opposite field.

What have you learned from your time with your high school / travel organization?
+ I've played with TailorMade Mizuno and Crabfest Bsseball. Both organizations played a huge role in taking my game to the next level.

What advice do you have for players going through the recruiting process?
+ I would tell younger kids to not rush the recruiting process and even though some of your friends may be committed early, it doesn't mean you have to. When you pick a school make sure you consider everything.
