TEAM STRENGTHS
Manchester Valley has a made a conscious effort to play fundamental baseball and execute in all aspects of the game.  They have a goal to make all the routine plays and then also execute offensively to help create runs and advance runners.  The team knows that they need to show their effort through their attitude and play.

QUESTION MARK
Manchester Valley will need to get some player to step and fill roles on the pitching staff.  They are not very deep and will need some players to come in and give innings on the mound for the team to compete.

WILDCARD
Andrew Howard has shown plenty of potential to the program on the mound.  The coaching staff is high on his efforts and believe that Howard could be a big contributor to the Manchester Valley efforts on the mound.

OVERALL
The Mavericks are looking to take a step forward this year as a program.  Playing fundamental baseball and winning the execution game will play a large factor into the team and their overall success.  Look for a step forward with the program in 2015.
