Team Outlook

This summer's Rawlings A's Prospects 2021 team coached by Brendan McGowan and Steve Miller features a deep roster of players from several local Maryland high schools. Two Division I commits in Coleman Calabrese (James Madison) and Dwayne Preston II (UMBC) anchor a lineup that also includes top uncommitted juniors Justin Burrows, Keith Savoy, Bryce Greene, and Drew Durrington. On the mound, Luke Bessette is a high academic righty that has gathered attention from some Ivy League schools and other higher academic D1 programs. Joining Bessette as key arms to follow this summer are lefty Cael Huyer and righty Tommy Harrison. And worth noting as players to follow against the older competition are the only two class of 2022 members Elias Rosario and Damion Kenealy. Rawlings will play in multiple elite level events this summer beginning with the PBR 17U National Championship down at LakePoint in Emerson, GA.
