With the high school season done and MLB draft and summer season right around the corner, PBR Maryland has updated and expanded our state rankings. This first and final update of the class of 2015 rankings has expanded from 60 to now the top 100 players in the state that we have been able to see.

Not much has changed in our Top Ten as Cody Morris still takes the top spot in the state. Hunter Parsons, who will most likely be the second high school pitcher from the state of Maryland taken in the upcoming draft, holds secure the No. 2 Spot. Jack Alkire, Ljay Newsome, and Jimmy Monaghan round out the top five.

Marty Costes moves up a spot at No. 6. The University of Maryland recruit has been a name that has slowly risen in the scouting world as possibly the first position player taken from a Maryland high school.

The two biggest risers in the rankings were Garret Zoukis of Landon and Jimmy Cain of Howard.  Both players jumped into the top 20 after not being in the first installment of the rankings. Zoukis, a Cincinnati commit, is an athletic middle infielder and top of the order bat. Cain is a Millersville commit and a projectable right-handed pitcher throwing 85-87 mph at the moment and could be higher as he matures.

Overall seven new players cracked the top 40 of the rankings. Archbishop Spalding leads all programs with five players in the top 100 with Calvert Hall, Chopticon, DeMatha, and Parkside tied with four players apiece. Here is your sneak peak at the Top 10.
