Over the next few weeks, leading up to the beginning of the 2025 MD High School season, our staff will be releasing our Preseason Power 25. This list will be comprised of public and private schools across the state that we feel have a strong chance of being successful in 2025.    

#19 Northeast Eagles   

"If there was ever a year for Northeast to make noise across the conference, we believe 2025 is a really good starting point. The return of impact arms, plus a three-headed monster offensively in Juniors Jayden Saraullo, Chase McLaughlin and Cooper Meeks, this Eagles team should only build off of sparks shown in 2024. Depth on both sides has always been a question, however, a younger core gaining experience and another year of confidence built for these upperclassmen should bode well for more consistent success in 2025. Look for this loaded Junior class to take the reigns and lead on both sides of the ball."
