It is that time of the year once again, as our staff updates the Class of 2026 across Maryland and Delaware for the final time this year. This update sees an increase from 150 players to 175 players after the fall season. Below, we take an in-depth look at the Full 175 and highlight three risers just outside the Top 50 who are poised for a breakout 2025 campaign.

Spencer Gilcrest LHP / Walter Johnson, MD / 2026

A ton to dream on in the 5-foot-10, 185-pound southpaw, coming off an impressive showing at our Mid-Atlantic State Games in November. It's a controlled operation with repeatable tendencies, running the fastball in the low 80s with feel to both sides of the plate. The breaker continues to fine-tune, showcasing the ability to induce swing and miss to both righties and lefties with plenty of depth down. Velocity will continue to rise.

Cole Ruhland SS / Sanford School, DE / 2026

A hard-working, high-motor player who continues to shine each time we get a chance to see him. This is a sure-handed infielder with versatility to play multiple positions and the added arm strength only adds to the options at the next level. It's a consistent, whole-field line drive approach at the dish, and the contact rate stands out as a top of the order profile.

Lucas Sigafoose OF / St. Mary's Ryken, MD / 2026

Yet another standout at the Mid-Atlantic State Games, the long 6-foot-5, 170-pound outfielder certainly put on a show in November and the metrics back up the play. 94 mph Max Exit Velocity, 86 mph from the outfield, and ran an impressive 6.78 60-yard. Plenty to dream on with the frame with the ability to fill out and produce more power numbers as muscle mass is added. This is certainly an under-the-radar type player in the class that looks for a breakout year in 2025.
