With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Michigan is eagerly anticipating bringing the great state of Michigan the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting in Mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Forest Hills Northern Huskies

2018 Team Strengths:

  • Senior leadership  

  • Starting pitchers

  • Speed and defense

Coach Outlook: "We will be building on the fact that 11 members of the 2017 season will be returning for the Huskies."

Top Returning Players:

  • 2018 Jared Bujdos- Hit .374 -senior captain - Video Below

  • 2019 Adam Gill-Starting CF- Hit .286 as a sophomore.  

  • 2018 Shane Hykin-senior-captain- Hit .333 and also had a 6-2 with a 1.82 ERA.  

  • 2019 Ian Rampersad- As a sophomore hit .340 with 4 homeruns and 24 RBIs, 563 slugging percentage.  

  • 2020 Luc St. Antoine 3B/RHP- As a freshman hit .326 with 20 RBIs. He started at 3B most of the season. He pitched in several games as well.
