2024 Prep Baseball Minnesota Summer ID-Sioux Falls: Data Dive

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA - The Prep Baseball Minnesota Summer ID-SIOUX FALLS event took place Saturday, August 10, 2024. The event was held at Sioux Falls Stadium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The event featured prospects from the 2025 through 2028 grad classes; and included many breakout performances from the players in attendance. Players showcased their talents in front of our scouting staff and coaches in attendance.
Thank you to the players, parents, our staff, along with the staff at Sioux Falls Stadium for such a great event.
There were a number of great individual performances this year at the Prep Baseball Minnesota Summer ID-SIOUX FALLS.
As we drill down into the statistics, of the over 40 players to attend our event:
+ 13 players ran sub-7.3 60's.
+ 12 players recorded 85+ mph exit velocities
+ 7 players recorded 75+ mph infield throws
+ 5 players recorded 75+ mph outfield throws
+ 1 catcher recorded 75+ mph throws to second base
+ 1 catcher recorded sub-2.2 pop times
+ 7 pitchers were 80+ mph on the mound
