2025 Minnesota High School Team Previews: Volume I

Prep Baseball Minnesota strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. Prep Baseball is the number one resource for high school baseball in each state that we cover through various events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work together, creating each state's most potent high school baseball promotion source. While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

As we prepare for the upcoming 2025 high school season, we will be taking a preseason glimpse at programs from around the state.

BLAINE BENGALS

"This season, we're building on the foundation set last year with a strong core of returning players who bring valuable experience to the field. Our goal is to raise the bar, improve on last season's 10-15 record, and play competitive, team-focused baseball that reflects our hard work and commitment to growth."

MORA MUSTANGS

Head Coach: Jayson Pautzke (25 seasons)

"Our top 2 pitchers will be exceptional. We will need to have other step up to fill out our pitching staff. We lost a lot of good fielders from last season - defense was a strength last year - we will need younger players to take pride in our defense. Offensively, I expect seniors Carter Gmahl, Owen Lind, and junior Ronan Mauer to lead us. Again, we will need some younger, inexperienced players to step."

FOREST LAKE RANGERS

"Last season the Spartans started slow as many underclassmen were counted on to contribute. Orono finished the season strong going 6-3 over the final 9 games and were just one out away from being in the section championship game. Orono is looking to move up to the middle of the Metro West Conference and find its way to the section championship game."

RED WING WINGERS
