2025 Rising Stars ID-Twin Cities: Data Dive

SAVAGE, MN - The Rising Stars ID-Twin Cities (Session 1) event took place Saturday, March 9th, 2025. The event was held at the MASH campus in Savage, Minnesota. The event featured many solid performances from the players in attendance. Thank you to the players, coaches and the MASH staff for such a great event.

For most participants, this will be their first showcase event - an initial step toward achieving a player’s baseball goals. Overall the event has four main functions:

1. Part of this event is educational with a lecture about what scouts look for, how to comport themselves, what to expect in the recruiting process, and the overall landscape of playing at the next level.

2. The second function of this is for players to create baseline numbers for themselves to improve and see where they compare to other players their age across the state.

3. The third reason for this event is for Prep Baseball to have an in-depth look at the best young players and the future of the state. 

4. The fourth function of the event is to identify players to represent the states of Minnesota, North Dakota & South Dakota at the Prep Baseball Junior Future Games held at LakePoint in Cartersville, GA in July of 2025.

There were a number of great individual performances this year at the three Rising Stars ID-Twin Cities events.
