Evaluation:  8/21/16- 6-foot-1, 175-pound left-handed hitting outfielder. Strong compact build. #34 ranked player in MN 2017 class. 7.31 runner. Body load, short to contact, with above avg. bat speed and present strength in swing. 91 mph exit velocity. Solid routes, playable arm with accuracy to target, should continue to develop and improve in outfield. 80 mph arm strength from outfield. Bat is carrying tool and one of better LHH’s in state.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
Augustana, St Cloud State, Minnesota State, North Dakota State, Minnesota-Duluth, Minot State & Kirkwood CC.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
Yes, attended prospect events, campus tours and such at Augustana, St Cloud, & NDSU.  Attended Junior Day at UM-Duluth. Recent visit and tours with coaching staff at Kirkwood Community College.  Planned prospect events at NDSU and Wisconsin-Milwaukee in near future.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
I am interested in a strong science, pre-med program that will prepare me to be accepted into a nursing program.  An academic program that prepares me for my career, expands and challenges me as a person and results in job placement upon graduation.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
Summer decision to not play Legion with my friends but instead play on the 17U Minnesota Mash team in the Scout Stop tournament (Minneapolis, MN), Perfect Game WWBA Championship (Atlanta, GA), Cincy Flames (Cincinnati, OH), Bull Pen Armature Baseball Championship tournament (Indianapolis, IN) and Past Time 17U Championship (South Bend, IN) playing on some of the greatest fields, swinging against some very talented pitchers and loving a lot of great baseball. Finishing in the semis in our first traveling tournament in Ohio with over 50 teams and being part of a group of guys that just love baseball playing like they had been a team for years. 

Lead-off hitter for Eastview High School regular season with a .412 BA, .569 OBP, .375 SG and 9 stolen bases.  Played outfield, 2nd and catcher.  Conference Champions & All Conference

All District (Football), All academic section team (Wrestling), All-State academic team (Wrestling), Team Captain (Wrestling), All Conference, All State wrestler (Placing 5th  MN160 lb), Most Valuable Varsity Wrestler of the Year and 3D Club – Dedication, Desire & Determination.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
Winter arm program to increase throwing speed and speed training before spring season. I would like to be a tri-sport all conference and all-state player and to go and win state in baseball. I’m already a captain in football and wrestling and I would like to be a tri-sport captain as well.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
Football and wrestling.  (Plan to play only baseball in college).

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
22 ACT and 3.2 GPA.
